An application focuses on monitoring business transactions that flow through diverse systems in a distributed environment. Identified 3 user groups involved and the proposed wireframe is intended for “Help Desk” group and for 4 main tasks such as Dashboard, Search, Transactions, Track & Trace and Event Details.

The intranet aids the associates to log the issues/queries or service request.The project was to implement a re-designed Usability Tested interface, which reduces the time taken for raising a ticket & to show the implicit cost incurred by the Organization per associate.

Findings summary (scope for new features) Rating Scale Graph New Portal Discussion Points

Involved in a focus group discussion as an Observer with the actual end-users as different groups. Submitted a report consists of Users’ pain areas, success paths and enhancement points, which gave scope for adding new features and alternate task flows for few interactions.
